The Company may modify, discontinue, suspend, replace, or update any Service at any time.

Article 4 — Important Legal Disclosures

4.1 Platform Nature

The Platform is a software service. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement executed by the Company, the Platform is not a court, governmental agency, judicial officer, tribunal, arbitrator, mediator, or law firm.

4.2 No Representation of Judicial Authority

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as representing that the Platform possesses governmental, constitutional, statutory, or judicial authority to exercise powers reserved by law to judges, courts, clerks, magistrates, hearing officers, arbitrators, or other authorized decision-makers.

Where the Platform facilitates hearing-related workflows or communications, those functions are administrative, technological, or assistive unless otherwise authorized by applicable law or by the responsible tribunal.

4.3 No Attorney-Client Relationship with Company

Use of the Platform does not create:

  • an attorney-client relationship;
  • a law firm-client relationship;
  • a fiduciary relationship;
  • legal representation by the Company;
  • legal advice from the Company.

The Company does not undertake representation of Users in any legal proceeding solely by providing the Platform.

4.4 Independent Judgment

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing, approving, modifying, rejecting, signing, and submitting all Generated Content. Users shall exercise independent judgment before relying upon any output produced by the AI System.

Article 5 — User Responsibilities

Users agree that they shall:

  • provide truthful information;
  • upload only information they are authorized to submit;
  • maintain confidentiality of login credentials;
  • promptly notify the Company of unauthorized access;
  • comply with all applicable court rules;
  • comply with all applicable laws;
  • review AI-generated materials prior to submission;
  • verify filing deadlines independently;
  • maintain backup copies of important records.

Users acknowledge that AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information. Users are solely responsible for all filings, representations, submissions, certifications, declarations, and statements made using the Platform.

Article 6 — Authorization to Transmit Filings

Where enabled, the User authorizes the Company to electronically transmit documents on the User's behalf to supported Court Systems. The User represents that:

  • the User possesses authority to submit each filing;
  • each filing has been reviewed by the User;
  • all required signatures have been obtained;
  • all filing fees have been authorized;
  • all certifications required by applicable law are accurate.

The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or refuse transmission of any filing where the Company reasonably believes:

  • submission would violate law;
  • submission would violate court rules;
  • required information is missing;
  • technical requirements are not met;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • cybersecurity risks are present.

The Company does not guarantee that any Court System will accept any filing. Acceptance, rejection, docketing, processing, or disposition of filings remains solely within the authority of the receiving Court System.

Article 7 — AI-Generated Content

Generated Content is produced through probabilistic artificial intelligence models. Generated Content:

  • may be incomplete;
  • may contain factual inaccuracies;
  • may contain legal inaccuracies;
  • may omit controlling authority;
  • may not reflect current law;
  • may differ between identical prompts;
  • should not be relied upon without appropriate review.

The Company makes no representation that Generated Content constitutes legal advice, judicial rulings, court orders, or binding legal determinations. Users remain solely responsible for verifying all citations, authorities, procedural requirements, deadlines, factual assertions, and legal conclusions prior to use. No AI-generated recommendation shall replace professional judgment where such judgment is required by law, professional ethics, court rule, or applicable regulation.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership of the Platform

The Platform, including all software, source code, object code, AI Systems, algorithms, models, machine learning architecture, databases, interfaces, workflows, designs, graphics, documentation, trademarks, service marks, logos, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property embodied therein, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership interest or intellectual property rights are transferred to any User.

8.2 Limited License

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful internal business or personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions

Users shall not, directly or indirectly:

  • copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to discover the source code of any portion of the Platform;
  • bypass or circumvent security features or technical protections;
  • use the Platform to develop competing products or services;
  • use automated methods to scrape or harvest Platform content except through authorized APIs;
  • remove proprietary notices or intellectual property markings;
  • sell, sublicense, lease, assign, or commercially exploit the Platform except as expressly authorized by the Company.

8.4 Ownership of User Data

As between the Company and the User, the User retains all ownership rights in Case Data and other information submitted to the Platform.

The User grants the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, analyze, and otherwise use such information solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Services and as otherwise permitted by applicable law and the Company's Privacy Policy.

8.5 Generated Content

Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, the Company assigns to the User any ownership interest, if any, that the Company may possess in Generated Content created specifically for that User through the ordinary use of the Platform.

Because AI-generated output may be similar or identical for multiple users, the Company does not warrant that any Generated Content is unique or exclusively available to a particular User.

8.6 Feedback

Any suggestions, comments, enhancement requests, recommendations, corrections, or other feedback submitted by Users regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without restriction or compensation.

Article 9 — Privacy, Data Security, and Communications

9.1 Privacy Policy

Collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 User Responsibility for Confidential Information

Users are solely responsible for determining whether information submitted to the Platform contains confidential, privileged, proprietary, sealed, protected, classified, or otherwise restricted information.

Users represent that they possess all necessary authority to upload, process, transmit, or disclose such information through the Platform.

9.3 Security Measures

The Company employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Platform. No method of electronic transmission, cloud storage, or cybersecurity protection can guarantee absolute security. Accordingly, the Company does not warrant that unauthorized access, cybersecurity incidents, or data breaches will never occur.

9.4 Attorney-Client Privilege

The Company does not waive, assume, or control any attorney-client privilege, work-product doctrine, judicial privilege, governmental privilege, or other legal protection that may apply to User information. Professional Users remain solely responsible for preserving applicable privileges.

9.5 Data Processing

The Company may process Case Data using automated technologies, including artificial intelligence, for purposes including:

  • providing requested Services;
  • generating outputs;
  • quality assurance;
  • fraud prevention;
  • cybersecurity monitoring;
  • system maintenance;
  • legal compliance;
  • product improvement where permitted by applicable law and customer agreements.

9.6 Communications

Users consent to receive electronic communications regarding:

  • account administration;
  • security notices;
  • software updates;
  • billing;
  • technical support;
  • legal notices;
  • service announcements.

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

Article 10 — Acceptable Use

Users shall not use the Platform:

  • in violation of any applicable law;
  • to commit fraud or deception;
  • to impersonate another person;
  • to submit false filings;
  • to interfere with court operations;
  • to transmit malicious software;
  • to engage in unauthorized access;
  • to violate privacy rights;
  • to infringe intellectual property rights;
  • to harass, threaten, or abuse others;
  • to disrupt operation of the Platform;
  • to test vulnerabilities without authorization;
  • to circumvent usage limitations;
  • to generate unlawful content;
  • to facilitate criminal activity.

Users shall not knowingly submit fabricated evidence, falsified documents, forged signatures, altered records, or misleading information through the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary to protect the Platform, Users, governmental agencies, or the public.

The Company may cooperate with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, courts, or governmental authorities concerning suspected unlawful conduct.

Article 11 — Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

11.1 Fees

Certain Services require payment of subscription fees, transaction fees, usage fees, filing fees, or other charges. Applicable pricing shall be disclosed through the Platform or in a separate written agreement.

11.2 Payment Authorization

Users authorize the Company and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees using the designated payment method.

11.3 Taxes

Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, governmental assessments, or similar charges, excluding taxes imposed on the Company's income.

11.4 Subscription Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for successive renewal periods unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.

11.5 Suspension for Nonpayment

The Company may suspend or terminate Services for delinquent accounts following reasonable notice where permitted by applicable law.

11.6 Refunds

The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of: merchantability; fitness for a particular purpose; title; non-infringement; accuracy; reliability; availability; security; performance; results.

The Company does not warrant that:

(b) One Hundred United States Dollars (US $100.00).

The limitations contained in this Article apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory liability, or otherwise, and shall survive termination of these Terms.

Article 15 — Indemnification

15.1 User Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, investigations, proceedings, judgments, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or relating to:

Article 16 — Suspension and Termination

16.1 Suspension

The Company may immediately suspend or restrict access to all or any portion of the Platform, with or without prior notice, if the Company reasonably believes that:

17.4 Arbitration (Optional)

If elected by the Company in a separate written agreement or where otherwise enforceable, disputes arising from these Terms may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a nationally recognized arbitration organization under its applicable commercial arbitration rules. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.

17.5 Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each party agrees that claims shall be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, class representative, or member of any purported class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding.
